Discount Codes
Please note that our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Only one code can be used per order. Discount codes must be applied at the checkout, and are not redeemable for cash.
Unfortunately our discount codes are also not valid on gift cards, bundles, or in conjunction with another sale or promotion.
Pricing
All pricing is as per our website luvostore.com.au. We reserve the right to change and update our products, pricing, or promotions at anytime without notice. Therefore products are subject to price changes/sales/promotions. We regret that we are unable to offer compensation for a price adjustment or sale/promotion.
Pre-Order
Luvo will offer pre-orders on select items. Estimated delivery dates are an approximate only, and are subject to unforeseen delivery delays outside our control.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used on the order.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Sales & Promotions
We regret that we are unable to offer a price adjustment on items/orders purchased before the time of a sale or a promotion.
Security
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud here at Luvo Store. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct security checks (e.g. to ensure that the owner of the card authorises the transaction etc.). If you do not comply with the requested security check, we reserve the right to cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant authorities. The decision to do so is at the sole discretion of Luvo Store. We will email from support@luvostore.com.au
If you believe that your card has been used without your permission or knowledge, please contact us at support@luvostore.com.au and we will assist where we can.
Free Gift With Purchase Promotion
Gift With Purchase promotions run only for the specified duration, or while stocks last. Customers will receive a free gift with orders that reach the minimum spend/promotion requirements. Please ensure that you do not have pop-ups blocked on your browser, for desktop, mobile or tablet.
Customer MUST select the free gift at time purchase to be eligible for this promotion, and enter the discount code at checkout. We regret to inform customers that the promotion CANNOT be applied to an order once it has been finalised and placed via the website. Choice of colour cannot be changed once the order has been placed and finalised by the customer at the checkout. 1 item per order/customer. Item will be removed from orders once stock is no longer available.
Spend & Save Promotion
Valid when the discount code is applied to the order at checkout on orders with the minimum spend is reached on product amount (does not include shipping cost). Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Eg. If you're trying to use our Over $300 coupon and you order a GlowPRO 2 ($299) plus $20 shipping - your total will be $319. Unfortunately this is still not valid for our Spend More, Save More promotion as the total of the items alone needs to be above the coupon threshold.
Changes to terms of service
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the terms and conditions at any time. It is the customers responsibility to check our websites terms and conditions. By using our website and service you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order on luvostore.com.au, you agree to the Luvo Store terms and conditions.
Shipping
We use third party shipping carriers. Unforeseen delivery issues and delays are outside our control. Luvo store are unable to offer a refund on shipping should you experience any delays that are unforeseen or outside Luvo's control. Shipping timeframes provided on the shipping & returns page are approximate in nature and are subject to the carrier.
Our warehouse prints shipping labels with the exact info the customer enters during checkout, and due to the high volume of orders our team processes they cannot monitor if all addresses are correct. Customers are required to check their details before placing an order. If you are delivering to a business address please ensure the business name is present in the shipping address.
Should you experience any issues with shipping upon contact from the customer Luvo Store will lodge an investigation with the shipping carrier onto what has occurred. Investigation timeframes are subject to the carrier, and are outside of Luvo's control. .
If your parcel is returned to sender (RTS) ie. incorrect/incomplete address supplied, order not collected from the post office etc., the return to sender fee and the reship cost will be at the expense of the buyer.
If your tracking does not show as delivered within the recommended time frame, or your parcel is showing as delivered but you have not received it please contact us via email and an investigation will be lodged with the carrier. Please get in touch within 30 days so the delivery can be investigated.
Please note that once the parcel has been scanned as delivered Luvo Store have fulfilled the order and are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels outside their control. It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to dispute the delivery and advise Luvo Store so they can can assist with the process and provide any supporting documentation.
Please note all shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and a non-refundable.
During sale periods (e.g. Black Friday) please allow additional time for dispatch due to the high volume of order we receive. Our team will work as quickly as possible to get your order out to you.
Christmas Delivery Timeframes
Faulty & Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our friendly customer support team at support@luvostore.com.au.
Please include your order number in the email, along with some photo or video evidence, so that our team can assist you as fast as possible.
Please note that if your parcel has been damaged in transit, for product warranties to apply, freight damages need to be reported to us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and provide us with photos of the damaged item and batch number, carton, as well as the all packaging and shipping label. We strongly recommend buyers to keep the packaging in case it is needed for a return, especially with electrical/ large items. Luvo will not be responsible for the re-packaging and it is up to the customer to package the item for a safe return. Return shipping for confirmed faulty or damaged items will be covered by Luvo Store. Should your item be deemed as NOT faulty, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping / the amount of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Items will be dealt with on a case by case basis, so please email the support team with all relevant information. Faulty or damaged items will need to be returned to us and replacements will be dispatched upon receipt. Damaged items or missing parts must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

Vanity Tables
The Vanity Table Collection is not eligible for Change of Mind Returns.
All Other Products
All other products will come with a standard 1 year warranty from date of original purchase against defects under normal operating conditions.
All freight costs will be included within the warranty if Luvo can see that the item is clearly faulty. Warranties are non-transferable, and are against defects under ordinary consumer use for the timeframe of the warranty from the date of the original purchase. Please note warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage to the external/product packaging, damage as a result of customer handling, customer transportation of the item; minor variations in colour/finish, or minor imperfections/superficial blemishes to a product.
If a compensation refund is issued, you are no longer able to claim against that specific issue under warranty. If a replacement is issued, the replacement takes on the existing warranty of the original order. Damaged/Faulty items will need to be returned and replacements will be dispatched upon receipt. We strongly recommend buyers to keep the packaging in case it is needed for a return, especially with electrical/ large items. Luvo will not be responsible for the re-packaging and it is up to the customer to package the item for a safe return.
